Custom Softwares- Online ordering & delivery. Focused Market- Asia & African Continents.

-I was managing 10 members Team & Channel Partners across South India (Tamil Nadu, Pondycherry, Andhra Pradesh, Telengana, Karnataka). -The company was establishing on Doctor’s Practice Management software & I took the charge to promote Pharmacy Retail Software along with it. -Partner appointment has been done for domestic & global market.

#Zoho acquired GoFrugal from July 2023-I had worked as a Manager-International Sales and promoted Retail & Distribution Software Products globally.-Key responsibilities was Lead Generation, Customer & Partner Prospect scouting, Partner appointment & follow-ups. -Joined as a Manager-Customer Relations & Annuity and the primary focus on increasing the revenue of Annual Support Assurance fee from the existing customers globally. I was handling a 5 member team & done promoting of new Apps, ASA Collection from non ASA customers, Additional revenue collection through additional clients, training, add-ons, custom license sales, getting customer references-Helping development team to make them understand about the intended functionality. If needed, coordinating with customer to get clarification on requirement-Countries followed: African, Middle East & Asian Countries-Partners & Customers were appointed & followed in Kenya, Nigeria, Uganda, Sudan, Angola, Afghanistan, Australia, Botswana, South Africa, Haiti, Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei, Maldives, Pakistan, SriLanka, Dubai, UAE.
