Worked towards establishing systems and procedures for child protection /child rights in the centers being run for the mainstreaming of out-of-school children. Actively involved in forming the Child Protection Committee of children to bring about awareness and achieve the project's larger goal. Training/Workshops of teachers and children in Child Rights at block and district level. Networking with government bodies and like-minded organizations on the similar issue.

Involved in hygiene promotion, together with the project manager and implemented grass-root level surveys in collaboration with the other team members to assess the water, sanitation, and hygiene situations in the schools.

• Responsible for dispensing drugs accurately following the doctor’s prescription.• Responsible for the drug stock/supply management of the mobile clinic drugs.

Worked as a social community mobilizer for the project of Govt and UNICEF partnership. My responsibility was to manage the block-level activity of the program - water, sanitation, and general hygiene in the community. The program was implemented in high-conflict areas of Dantewada, Sukma, Chhindgarh & Konta block of Sukma district, Chhattisgarh.

Monitoring the Nutrition Program activities at the village level, which are run by Aashram schools and Aaganbadi's of the Dantewada block. Also worked on a water and sanitation project implemented in Sukma, Konta, and Chindgarh block of Sukma district.
