To ensure that a project is completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Responsible for the entire project, from start to finish, and act as a bridge between the plan and execution. Identifying the goals and scope, planning tasks, and creating a budget Overseeing the project, managing resources, and ensuring deliverables are delivered on time. Communicating with stakeholders, clients, and the team about the project's status and progress. Motivating the team by providing a vision for the project Resolving conflicts and taking corrective action to address complaints or mistakes . Monitoring the project's progress and use of resources . Managing project risks and developing contingency plans . Liaising with other projects and program management to ensure work isn't duplicated.
