Project Responsibilities:-Assisting & supporting the circle project head for OFC rollout in Odisha Circle.Ensuring that relevant management information is captured & analyzed to control schedule.Track, analyze & communicate project risks & opportunities.Resolving any financial queries that are raised including timely communication if extra budget is needed.Overseeing Procurement & communicating to procurement manager any issues arising.Involved in coordinating projects from inception to completion.Keeping in close contact with key project members & decision makers. Track & report project progress on daily basis. Update documentation.Ensure quality work of fiber rollout as per our guideline/specification & GIS planed.Preparing FTR. Ensure FAT docs validation with FTR.Close coordinate with AutoCAD team to prepare ABD & validate it with GIS team to upload in MAPA.Maintained NCR & FOR tracker with update from system as well as collect actual data from field.Responsible for Pre AT (Civil & Optical) as well as final AT/HOTO.Developing training & briefing. Conduct warehouse stock verification on monthly basis.Measuring Optical Power by using LSPM, OTDR testing, Splicing and trouble shooting of OFC.Conducting JMR with Vendors for billing process.Liasoning with Govt statutory bodies like MC, PWD, Development authority / state police for permission and ROW.POI connectivity to large and small facility.Operation & Maintenance Responsibilities:-Responsible for operations & maintenance of 2500km fiber network of Bharati Airtel.Leading the O&M teams.Optical fiber fault detection & rectification carried out within MTTR.Arrange & supervise the preventive maintenance activities of the O&M teams in critical condition of optic fiber routes & supervise the activities in case of corrective maintenance.Operation & Maintaining optical fiber equipment to meet operational requirement within the MTTR.

Responsible for inspection of end to end OFC execution, electrical / EB work and tower / mast foundation as per construction guideline.Periodic inspection done for soil test, cube test and core test of civil foundation work.Inspect chamber casting yard and FRP chamber manufacturing yard for providing dispatch clearance.Involve in infrastructure audit process to select proper vendor for execution work.Co-ordinate with QSD for proper billing of vendors.Conduct internal and third-party audit as per company policy.Create non-conformance report against concern field engineer, area manager and vendor for improving the execution quality.Inspect all materials and equipment for conformance with the technical specifications and perform all QC tests as required by the technical specifications.Inspect all execution documents (ITPs, HDD graphs and foundation drawings), calibration certificate of HDD machine, Splicing machine and OTDR to reduce the errors made by vendors upto large extent.Provide training to engineers, area managers and execution staffs of vendor about construction specification, ITP, QA / QC document preparation and automation process.
