• Assess and evaluation of technical specification and respond to technical queries.• Responsible for Organizing & planning of work flow in factory.• Provide technical support to Sales Department.• Drafting and generation of Fabrication Drawing.• Preparation of BOM List to support of sales team and procurement on technical aspect.• Testing including site testing & commissioning of Equipment (e.g., AJW units and equipment skids).• Provide training to customers and internal training to staffs.• Responsible to meet established budgets and delivery schedules for each assignment for project/task scope schedule and budget.• Makes decisions independently on technical problems and methods.

• Schedule preparations, pre-planning, re-source forecasting and other technical relating to the project with cost estimation.• Lead and develop product operations, workflow, new equipment, procedures and policies to increase efficiency in all operations.• Quality improvement and Productivity.• Assist in new equipment installation, commissioning, and training.

• Prepare and issue RFQ/PO for raw material/machining/coating vendors as per engineering BOM.• Follow up closely with the supplier to meet on time delivery.• Produce project planning report to find out the critical path and actual versus base line.• Involved in overseas production plant process development with logistics follow up.• Actively involved to qualify vendors of material Supplier, machining and coating as per company category base.• Preparation of work orders and completion of project on time with respect to sales orders.• Continuous monitoring and re-qualify vendors stipulated period as per supplier questionnaire form.• Scheduling & monitoring projects through ERP.

• Identify and reduce the idle time to improve production system for organization growth with strong "Profitability" and to meet "Market competitiveness"• Plan and establish sequence of operations to fabricate & assemble parts/products to promote efficient utilization.• Implement new ideas into new and existing product manufacturing line to easy up manufacturing process with quality to achieve cost effectiveness towards optimization.• Using 3 pillar systems in the flexible manufacturing system management to identifies all the idle time to achieve “Target system” defined by customer.

• Responsible for two cells weekly production planning to match sales order requirement and company inventory control.• Responsible for conducting daily work management meeting and preparing the gap analysis in production planning deviation.• Based on the TIMWOOD (Lean manufacturing) waste which falls on MSE, eliminate or reduce to increase the productivity.• Closely monitor physical movement in cell manufacturing activities rearrange the machines layout without decrease the productivity and quality to ensure ergonomic way of work.• Create and implement standard operating procedure (SOP) for safer operations and instructions.
