Guiding my Engineers, coordinators of vendors, Team Leaders and Commissioning Engineers to maintain the Quality of the works in the site. Providing Flexi Edge BTS, Ultra BTS, Mini Ultra BTS, Metro BTS, Nokia Flexi Hopper, MW Equipments & LTCD technical support to my team. Delivering trainings to TI Engineers & TI Vendors for new model equipment implementation. Testing and analyzing of functional units periodically. Fault and alarm management round the clock Implementing microwave media as per planning from Transmission team. Coordinating with RF planning Engineers for site creation at Particular BSC. Requesting Cluster Managers (O&M) for execution of E1 routing for various cell sites from BSC for the Roll out sites. Responsible for Audit of BTS HW Installation and site condition at customer Premises.
