In charge of QA at their Non-Ferrous foundry at Byculla - Mumbai and ensure defect free castings being supplied to defence etc .The rejection levels were brought down from 10 % to 2 % during my stay over there .

Got ISO 9001 Mukand as a MR in 1994.Responsible for supply of quality castings to Railways , Defence and for exports to Russia .Achieved a record production of 1000 tons of steel castings when I was briefly looking after production .The quality os castings were rated as no 1 at that time .Brought in many quality systems and bulid the strong QA team under me .
