My role as Commercial Sales Manager is to handle existing customers, develop new accounts and generate new business opportunity. At the same time passionate to bring awareness of Silicone used in Mold Making process.

I had a wish to start my own company based on that I resigned from Dow Corning and took the risk and courage to start VITRAAG Specialties. In the said company to start small time trading was done and later on signed an distributor agreement with an US based company for its Mold Making Rubber products. Unfortunately by the time consignment came in - Exchange rate was very high and was expensive. - Thought that even though I have failed in retaining the business - I did try and had to take a call by accepting the job offer at Dhruv Enterprises.

I joined Dow Corning in the year 1989 when it was known as Universal Silicones & Lubricants P.Ltd - which was taken over by Dow Corning in the year 2000. I had spend almost 16 yrs handling back office - specifically Customer Service Desk. In the year 2006 I was given an opportunity to handle commercial role - wherein my prime focus was Mold Making Rubber business, Appliance Industry, Railways. I was responsible for All India Sales for the above Industry although my qualification of Commerce graduate. I handled Sales Role for 5 yrs showing unexpected growth in Mold Making Rubber, Railways.
