Main Duties & Responsibilities Review the approved drawing and prepared ITP & QCP. Arranged and witnessed WPQT and WQT Activities as per Code and Client Spec. Requirements. Material verification and review of material test certificates. Review WPS, PQR, WQT, NDT, PWHT, Hydro testing, Cleaning, FAT and Painting Procedure for as per drawing and applicable codes  Liaison with the third party and coordination with shop Manager/Contractors for Technical issues. Monitor and control the fabrication activities as per the contract specification/ codes and standards /approved drawings and procedures, work instructions, and material identification. Perform to fit-up, Dimension & weld joint preparation based on drawing and approved specifications. Monitoring Preheat temperature, Interpass cleaning, Interpass Temperature, Amp., Voltage as per WPS requirements and maintain welding Parameters Records.  Carried out visual and dimensional inspection on vessel stage by stage as per drawing and applicable codes. Arrange and witnessed NDT (RT, MT, UT, PT) inspection on completed welded joints as per Drawing and Client Specifications. Interpretation of radiography films and review and endorsed in NDT reports. Maintaining Welder Performance and welders repair percentage. Arrange and witnessed PWHT activities based on Drawing and Code requirements. Witnessing Hydro test and vacuum tests based on requirements and procedures. Witnessing Load test based on requirements and procedures. Involved in commissioning and FAT. Arrange and coordinate with surveyor, client, and owner stage by stage all inspection activities as per ITP requirements. Preparation final documents like Material Verification report, Fit-up inspection reports, Visual inspection reports, Material and Welding Traceability report, Dimensional inspection report, Hydro test reports, Load test report, FAT & Commissioning reports…. Review the Final documentation(MDR)
