 Responsibility involves general administration of site office and camp Dealings with P & A department to complete all employees medical and Residence Card renewal arrangements.  Preparing the national employees leave schedule for their Rest days according to the company policy  Monitoring the movement of vehicles and equipments.  Completing the ROP documents for all vehicles and equipments being used at site. Co-ordinate with HES advisor for national employees HSE induction and related courses. Arranging routine Camp inspection through HSE and company medic and preparing the reports and close out the action point Co-ordinate with Catering Camp boss , arrangement of food and accommodations for employees Keeping all documents and details of hired employees, vehicles & equipments. Arrangements for seminars, meetings & HSE workshop etc. Handling of cash vouchers for site activities. Updating of Manpower on daily basis.
