I am a firm believer in, 'Habits Become Values and Values Enhance Skills'.With over 18 years of experience, am a multi-faceted and collaborative Finance Leader who has had opportunities to see the business world from the perspectives of an investor, a banker and a finance leader. I have also taken a few awareness sessions for MSME entrepreneurs on the importance of vision, moats, second-line management and how compliance enables scale. In the process, I have also helped a few financially troubled MSMEs realise what caused them pain and recommended solutions.
