Used Linkedln and FB groups separately.• Achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement. • Placing high-end pharma professionals in the area of Pharmaceutical/Clinical Industries in contract positions.• Attracting the most qualified employees and matching them to the jobs.• Validation of Resumes for experience and verification of work status.• Exercising discretion and good judgment in recruiting candidates for customers. • Locating potential candidates through Internet research, internal database, cold calling, using job portals, networking, and other strategies.
