• Successfully handled Employee lifecycle management activities for CA India R& D center in Hyderabad (1800 employees) & Tech support center in Chennai, including recruitment, Onboarding, Performance management, Employee Engagement and Retention.• COE lead for CA technologies in India, integrated 3 companies in India (Cendura technologies in Hyderabad, Arcot systems in Bangalore & Inteq in Baroda)• Implemented PCMM and rolled out new core values in the organization.• Rolled out new onboarding process for new hires, including buddy and new manager assimilation programs
