Rolled out Global job architecture project with Towers Watson’s partnership and strengthened organization foundation with right Job clarifications, Grades, career paths, competencies and compensation alignment.6. Implemented single data base tool for ELM (employee life cycle management ) and enhanced visibility around people metrics and developed score card to measure HR effectiveness.7. Helped CEO, CXO & Board in developing organic capabilities through incubation models, partnerships, collaborations, restructuring and inorganic growth models using M & A in India and USA. handled many M & A due diligences in india and abroad.8. Developed learning culture and got Best learning organisation award for 3 consecutive years from world HRD Congress9. Coached some of the senior executives on Life , Career and performance enhancement areas.10. Designed and roll out Long term incentive plan for India and it's USA subsidiaries
