(Supply and Projects.). Identifying the customer’s requirements. Giving them a suitable product. Giving comparison & compliance documents, if there is a competition. Following up with the customer till Order is completely executed Understanding current and potential customers. Customer relationship management. Sending mailers and participating in Exhibitions. Managing Major Accounts.
