I am currently heading PSG Software Technologies, managing a team size of 90+. Responsible for staffing, designing, and architecting the products in Higher education institutions (HEI) end-to-end solutions and Hospital domains like Dietary, Pantry, and doctor appointments on mobile devices. Prior to it, I worked as an associate professor for 12+ years (2009-2021) in the Department of Applied Mathematics and Computational Sciences involved in teaching, mentoring, and research in the High Performance Computing domain. Before the academic experience, I worked in semi-conductor industries as a senior design engineer for 4 years (2005-2009). Involved in research, design, and development of various compiler back-end optimization techniques for DSP architecture. And also worked in the development of functional accuracy simulators for various IPs of various SoC. Having hands-on experience in the post-silicon testing process and well understanding of Soc architecture and its applications. Having good exposure to High Performance Computing / GPGPU / ML based Compiler performance autotuning / LLVM.
