As Projects & Operations Head, he along with team of project managers has ensured timely completion of ISB facilities project and operationalised the campus to enable commencement of academics. His visionary approach in foreseeing the growth helped Baan to set up infrastructure company to consolidate all the Baan group companies in one campus leading to construction of First IT Park in Hyderabad. His innovative approaches to operational issues helped the organisations to optimise the operational costs and facilitated growth of their operations. Apart from excelling in business domain, Suresh Chandra is also an active volunteer leader in global organisations like Project Management Institute (www.pmi.org). He is the founding member of PMI’s Hyderabad Chapter (Pearl City Chapter) and served in various roles on the board of the Chapter. Under his presidentship, the Chapter received consecutive awards viz: “Recognition of Excellence Award for the Chapter in 2010, “Chapter of the Year Award” - 2011 and “Chapter Leadership Award” - 2012 across global PMIAs one of the key member of the chapter he had one on one interaction with Dr Abdul Kalam Hon’ble President of India to discuss the PMI Chapter initiatives in April 2005.
