GSA for Oman Air & Flydubai Cargo:Responsible for all cargo operations within the station, Co-ordinate with sales, flight handling, GHAand all concerned for proper allocation of space and routing. Confirm proper documents and manifestof the import/export cargo, coordinating with all airport / Gov. authorities for required approvals, confirm support from GHA on cargo related operations. Team leading, operations, maintaining relation with existing corporate customers. Sales Activities - generating new business by calling, mailing, direct visiting to corporate, industrial and SMB import - export companies. Appointing new authorized agents for airline cargo, rate sheet distribution and AWB allotment to freight forwarders, agents, Sales follow-up with freight forwarders and cargo agents, Negotiate freight rates with airlines and customer in bulk tonnage shipment, examine services. Using airline ERP software for cargo updating, Manifesting and printing AWB. Coordinating with airlines in terms of Space allocation, availability and coordinating with GHA. Monitoring warehouse operations coordinate in & out bound shipments, ensure the timely delivery, maintain inventory status/reports. Understand customer requirement, quotation preparation,sales follow up, deal closing, payment collection, response to superiors, fortnight and monthly sales report generation. Handling sales and operational team, training, supervision, monitoring, guiding, controlling, advertising and promotional activities. Attention in LIVE, HUM shipments.

Work closely with multiple international groups while coordinating all corporate licenses. Perform all computer software installations and staff training of all employees. Manage all aspects of employee relations/human resource as well as development of daily and monthly reports

Evaluating quality of material, packing, monitoring the new orders released, coordinate shipments and coordinating with Sales team, Ensure the timely delivery, maintain in & out inventory status/reports.
