I describe myself as a management consultant with industry experience and an IT services leader with an entrepreneurial background. Am a SAP hands-on person who can design and configure a business process and also formulate the digital strategy at the country level.
I have the experience of delivering the digital strategy for the government of Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan to enable job creations and recommend the national policy on education, tourism, healthcare and agriculture.
In Digital transformation, I deliver from conceptualisation to ROI. It starts from identifying the process to be automated, technology to use, the ROI, methodology, data clean-up, and change management. I use the latest automation techniques, devices like RFID and ML techniques. I have designed and developed a product for workforce scheduling. It is developed on SAP Cloud using Optaplanner, an AI based constraint solver. My role also included the go-to market strategy. 
SAP is my core skill for the last two decades. From a consultant to a SAP practice head to a trainer, I have done it all. My hands-on SAP skills are helping me deliver digital solutions better.  
Being on my own and having founded a start-up has helped me hone my skills in financial control, business planning & risk-taking ability.
Having experience in multi-cultured environments across the world with clients like Action Aid, ABB, Burger King, Intel, Unilever, Volvo, Saudi Aramco, ADB and other SMEs, including start-ups. The involvement has been strategic, advisory, audit, program management, pre-sales & training.

Delivered many guest lectures at the Indian Institute of Management & other management institutes on ERP, SCM and service management.
