I have over 20 years of progressive experience in the electronics manufacturing and telecommunications industry, with specific expertise in the areas of Quality Assurance, Customer Service, IT, Logistics and Security. Experience in Back Office Administration, Technology Acquisition and Deployment resulting in cost savings, improved efficiency and customer satisfaction.I am a leader with the good fortune of having seen the birth and blossoming of the digital age. I love technology for what it can do to improve efficiency within an organization and make life more productive and enjoyable for people. Throughout my career I have worn many hats – entrepreneur, test technician, QC inspector, manufacturing engineer, production test manager, quality manager, technical services manager, logistics and security manager, and operations manager. Working in companies from all these different perspectives has given me a unique ability to successfully manage and lead cross functional teams consisting of people from different cultures and backgrounds. I am passionate and driven to meet customer requirements, deliver a total customer experience and increase customer satisfaction.
