Manage Services for DIGI Telecommunication Sdn. Bhd. 1. Review and Submit Technical Proposal and follow up for Approval 2. Handling Site Access Approval from State Back Company (SBC), other Local Network Operator (OLNO), Corporate and Private Landlord 3. Meeting with respective parties for negotiation of agreement. 4. Reporting update on site acquisition progress to Internal/External stake holder

1. Monitoring and managing ZTE Malaysia Site Acquisition team for BF LTE DNemo Project nationwide: - Managing Site Acquisition Document i.e.: Letter of Offer (LOO) / Quit Rent & Assessment / Tenancy Agreement / Land Title etc. 2. Managing Corporate Landlord i.e.: Hotel Eastin PJ, Genting Management etc. 3. Correspond to legal issues with Landlords and preparing renewal letters to unreachable Landlords for any pending renewal of Tenancy Agreement. 4. Direct negotiation with Landlord for special request i.e.: rental request above the rental benchmark/ /issues on certain clause in the Agreement 5. Attending to any Right of Way (ROW) matter. Especially OLNO’s Sites with other Telco. 6. Involvement in Relocation project. Priority for site need to be relocated urgently due Public Complaint / Site with higher rental and contract terminated by Landlord. 7. Managing Contractor on weekly basis for Site Progress update. Weekly update to Management on site progress update. 8. Project Manager for trial sites (small cell sites) for Nationwide.

To obtain Approval Permit from Local Council to ensure Projects Time line deliver business financial objectives and customer satisfaction. 4. Managing State Back Company (SBC) and Network Facility Provider (NFPs) to ensure optimized rental rates and structure/site delivery according to agreed timeline. 5. Direct negotiation with Landlord for special request from real estate agent for rental request above the rental benchmark/ /issues on certain clause in the Agreement 6. Reporting update on site acquisition new site progress to Internal stake holder
