I am into a new challenging role at BIAL in a new Department called "The Innovation Lab" The sole purpose being to foster Innovation and an Innovation Culture within the Organization. Thrilled to be in this new role, in our really forward thinking Organization, BIALThe Innovation Lab shall search for problems across the Airport processes & address them with novel solutions using a collaborative framework. We will build a coherent set of Interdependent processes & structures that promote alignment among diverse groups within our ecosphere.
