Make technical judgement on Fabric Quality and color to approve the Fabric Quality hangers and Fabric technical data. Following up with suppliers to ensure approved color and fabric technical data are aligned in bulk with the sample yardage results. In case of deviations, analyze the root cause and work with the quality assurance team and suppliers to find the solutions / make proposals to rectify the deviation.

# COLOR & FABRIC TECHNOLOGIST - ‘Color and Quality approval of Fabrics’ both Woven, Knits, denims right from Development of Proto, SMS to bulk production, which involves Lab Dip approval, Bulk Yardage Approval, Wash Approvals and Print Approvals.# PRODUCT SAFETY & COMPLIANCE - Making sure that all the Raw materials right from Fabric to Apparel will meet the Product Safety requirements like CPSIA, REACH, OEKOTEX and GOTS by means of Selecting suitable raw materials and testing.# Conducting Audit Trials to ensure the Compliance aspects for Organic Textile Production GOTS and Environment Management Systems.#GARMENT WASHING RESPONSIBLE Expertise in Garment Washing, Garment Dyeing, Dry Process, Yarn Dyeing and Fabric Dyeing. Experience in various Denim and Non Denim Garment Washes. ‘Color, Quality & Treatment approvals’ for the Garment Washing and Dyeing activities for all the Vendors Liaising with vendors and buyers to make sure that the Washing and Dyeing Standards of different brands are fulfilled. Doing Research and Development activities in Washing, Dyeing and Dry Process based on the customer Requirements. Heading the Washing technical Team Planning of Washing / Dyeing activities Negotiating & finalizing the washing costs with Job Work washing units. Assuring the Production lead times are met Approvals of Washing and Dyeing for the Production lots.Managing technical issues in Washing and Dyeing processes

o Conducting the Shop floor Trials in Dyeing & Processing Industries for the Value based promotion of Textile Dyes & Chemicalso Conducting the Process audits in Dyeing & Processing industries to establish Customer Need based Processing Methods.o Establishing suitable Process Methods to meet the Quality aspects and Various Norms & Standards such as OEKO TEX, IKEA and GOTSo Undertaking Projects to establish Eco-friendly, Economical & Energy saving Process techniqueso Solving the day to day processing problems of the customers.o Making regular customer visits to provide the value added services
