Defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and team performance, and ensuring system reliability through robust monitoring and observability practices, including defining and tracking SLIs and SLOs.Developing and managing project budgets, capacity planning, and cost optimization, ensuring alignment with financial constraints and organizational objectives. Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and address technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and infrastructure scalability challenges. Providing thought leadership and strategic advice, collaborating on strategies, building business cases, roadmaps, DevSecOps value propositions, SOWs, managed services contracts, and executive reporting on critical metrics such as volume, productivity, quality, value, MTTR, ROI, and other essential metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
