Ensure reporting and process controls are in place and the relevant controls are operating.Assist and contribute to current and long-range plans and objectives for the BU/division.Monitor, lead and manage the annual strategic operating plan, which is appropriately aligned to the annual business plan. Ensure department alignment and coordination with all other areas of the company to achieve corporate business strategies and vision.Ensure that available resources (people, technology, business tools and processes) are focused and used in a manner which delivers superior customer experience.Liaise with International peers and assist with leveraging resources and expertise across the International division.Provide guidance to the underwriting, claims and operations teams to ensure that RGA is always at the forefront of customer service and risk management.Regulator authorised Compliance Officer and Money Laundering Reporting Officer & RGA appointed Compliance Risk Officer for the Business Unit.
