TEAM building has been my core strength.Marktech has always been working with the finest European and the best global companies in the field of Composites in India. The Germany based PD group has anchored its growth and has played a major role in building the company to its present status. The long serving TEAM at Marktech deserves a special mention. The TEAM here is my family. Together, we have been very successful in marketing the best products from leaders in composites like Valmiera Glass, SHD Composites, Crammer, TeXtreme, etc. My mantra is “Believe in what you do and do what you believe in’’.I always wanted to work in a large corporate and Arvind provided the right platform for me. Arvind is a large corporate,( big on culture, my best stint) brought out the leader in me in the various functional roles like sales, operations, planning, strategies, procurement, applications, etc., I lead a great TEAM and worked closely with the JV partner PD with impetus on profits ( EBIDTA)Arvind MCS was a big challenge in terms of scale of operations. Arvind entered the railway business with a clear idea. A very creative TEAM here worked closely to bag many GFRP paneling Metro contracts from BEML, Alstom, ICF ( Vande Bharat).
