Transformed the team and the platform to agile based for faster and secure delivery. Delivered the next generation target state architecture for Chase Authentication product and produced the architecture transformation plan for the next three years. Transformed the Authentication journey to reduce friction and reduced overall customer authentication complaints by 33% in 2019.

Digital platform engineering is responsible to build a platform that meet HSBC business needs for content management, customer targeting and UI technologies. The digital dynamic platform will empower the HSBC business users to operate independently and self sufficiently using a set of tools that meet speed to market needs of the business. This platform is delivered with business workflows, content management capabilities, asset management capabilities, content releases and rollout including parallel development, translation services integration, forms integration, social network integration, data management platform integration, content optimization using tools for understanding customer behavior, content delivery network integration and customer targeting. In addition, the platform integrates with security services and API platform to authenticate the user and fetch necessary content and data for seamless customer experience.In the digital engineering lead role, I lead a team to design, build and deploy the platform in-house and on the cloud. Responsible for architecture of the HSBC security frameworks for authentication and authorization. This includes token, smart cards, out of band authentication, PKI, integration with South Korea PKI Fraud systems integration with 41st parameter and entitlements solutions using XACML. This design include implementation of various industry standard products and technologies like VASCO, verisign PKI, IBM web seal, IBM TSPM and Telas / Ncipher products.
