Journey was stimulating, enriching to deal with complex HR & people management domain to get Employee buy-in & establish people & process oriented work culture. Challenge the status-quo, set standards, Innovate, experiment & work for continuous improvement were crucial. Done!!!Took off to a different context to unlearn. Agile now, no past baggage, wish to return to people management!
