- Responsible for recruitment of employees for NKB group companies- Consolidate manpower requirement from different departments- Understand requirements from the concerned HoDs, create Job description, sharing it with recruitment team - Source and screen CVs from Job portal- Check suitability of candidate through preliminary discussions, over phone.

Recruitment  Prepare Job Descriptions,  Post jobs in job portals & recruitment agencies,  Scrutiny of bio-data from both Job portals and other sources, and initial round of interview.  Organise & conduct interviews along with functional and Div Heads. Completion of selection & joining processes. Conduct selection through campus recruitment for.
