Hello! I’m Suresh Radhakrishnan, an entrepreneur, business coach, and public speaker. My journey over the past 18 years has taken me through the diverse worlds of retail, F&B, IT, hospitality, staffing, and training, each experience adding a new layer to my professional and personal growth.My entrepreneurial journey began in 2011 when I launched my IT training company, Talhunt, where I served as CEO until 2016. I faced numerous challenges that taught me the importance of having a solid business model, learning from failures, & the value of having a mentor. In 2016, I embarked on a new venture by launching Chai Kanth. Within 24 months, we scaled to 16 outlets and later pivoted to a community model, Modern Teapreneur, which has led to the creation of over 500+ outlets across India.
