Managed the affairs of ECI Kolkata Diocese and Calcutta Bible Seminary. Initiated dialogue with FMPB and took over their 450 plus churches planted in the state of Jharkhand among Malto tribe to the fold of ECI. Was responsible for raising funds and reporting to the sponsoring agencies and networking with partnering agencies both in-country and outside the country. Solving conflicts in ministry places and strategising new ministry opportunities, developing partner relations, providing in-service training for the workers and rendering all other ecclesiastical functions as required by the diocese were some other responsibilities shouldered in this capacity. Though the Board has extended this title till 2012... I had to resign my position for the cause of truth and justice.

Chief functionary of ECI. Was responsible for all the administrative affairs of ECI

This position involved day to day administration of the seminary. Co-ordinating and administering various departments of the seminary which includes responsibilities such as curriculum development, student mess management, organising in-campus ministries, planning outreach initiatives by the seminary students and student discipline, working with the accrediting bodies viz. the senate of Serampore and ATA, liaison with the government officials, raising funds for the seminary, writing project proposals, arranging national and overseas guest faculty, arranging work teams from Canada and USA to do woodwork, supervising building constructions etc., Taught Homiletics and Leadership

The first position of this kind to be held in ECI. Started the first IMM annual sales (August 15th 1994) in ECI to raise funds for IMM missionaries. Conducted mission explorative tours for Madras Theological Seminary & College students

The position involved creating mission awareness among the different churches especially among the CSI congregations to raise funds to support missionary work in the country. Served as the editor of the magazine, Missionary Intelligencer and helped the General Secretary with administrative responsibilities. Organised annual sales in Chennai to raise funds for special projects. Organised small groups to raise prayer support. Conducted mission awareness tours, missionary conferences and youth conferences

Responsible for formulating advertisement and marketing strategies, to identify and appoint new dealerships, to oversee customer relations etc.,

Co-coordinating with various departments of the company for the overall functioning of the unit and responsible for bringing out the desired output in terms of production and quality

Worked in various departments of their Chennai office at 16 Greenways Road (Jesus Calls International), and their confidant in executing various assignments

Procuring Methanol from IOC Manali and sell it to various paint and thinner manufacturing units.
