Ability to respond and perform tasks in a high performance driven environment.• Accountable for knowledge transfer activities (Manager KT, create Desktop Procedures).• Ensuring SOX COMPLIANCE in all critical activities carried over such as Balance sheet Reconciliations & Journal Entries, facilitate and clear SOX Audit.• Audit support to the clients in its Statutory reports, Financial Statements.• Participation in Client Data protection, Business Continuity Management, Process Improvements etc.• Review of Key and non-key reconciliations (approx. 110 recons per month).• Closing Annual Statutory audit with Deloitte and finalizing Annual Financial Statements• Monthly P&L and Balance Review with the FC and signing off• Ensuring the 100% Deliverables as per SLA, and providing Value Creation to the customer through continuous process improvements
