I manage and develop the startup domain, overseeing programs and projects related to Swiss startups entering India. I also lead the corporate innovation domain, driving growth and collaborations. Additionally, I oversee healthtech, sustainability, and digital transformation projects, while managing a team, contributing to communications, PR, and collaboration efforts.

I defined service offering, pre-sales and business development, created standard operating procedures, designed pilots with grass root health workers and provided inputs for software development.

I managed 13 mHealth projects focused on improving tuberculosis (TB) treatment adherence. These projects were funded by prominent organizations such as USAID, Gates Foundation and BIRAC. My responsibilities included setting milestones, providing technical support, and conducting monitoring and evaluation for the 13 awardees involved in the projects and reporting to funders. I actively engaged with the Ministry of Health, hospitals, NGOs, and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to facilitate the adoption of mHealth solutions for TB treatment.

As the first employee of the organization, I played a crucial role in establishing its vision and kickstarting its activities. I was responsible for developing and implementing strategies in collaboration with the Ministry of Science & Technology to enhance the quality of research in universities and facilitate fruitful collaborations with international partners. These efforts resulted in India becoming an associate country member of EMBC, which further solidified the recognition and influence of Indian research on the global stage.
