I worked with divisions with creating the design and options catalogs for customers showcasing a selection of styles and products for their new home via curated collections and matching ala carte items. Customers can make selections completely online using a visualization platform, thereby saving twenty percent of time for the sales teams and enhancing customer satisfaction for expeditious home purchasing. The work I performed included validating the information and images are accurately represented in the visualization platform. Ensuring information progresses smoothly from our enterprise system, at all steps of purchasing from creating, to selection, and to contracting--descriptions, pricing, available on that model, etc. Setup and problem resolution for the internal customer, providing them the tools to serve their external customers, in the digital environment with a goal to have this method be the future primary selection service.

Taylor Morrison created a new team to improve the overall productivity of the company by standardizing purchasing and construction data to gain economies of scale after data mitigation. I worked with their Enterprise Resource Planning software to build the back-end data for home building and option purchases. The job requires attention to detail and consideration of the impact of data build on the sales team. I help to minimize cost and time by improving the transfer of purchasing and construction data and standardizing across the company. As a team lead I worked with teams all over United States, primarily East Coast. Upload and download from multiple databases, create products and assign craft codes and quantities, generate bid sheets, evaluate and assign retails. Confirm status of data and perform any activities necessary to have clean and proper data. Manage data and assist operations by using advanced Excel skills to analyze and summarize data. I also trained new team members, provided guidance to other team members and was the first of the team to be assigned to work directly with a division.

I was a human interface for the service catalog development process. I acted as an intermediary between the development team and the internal departments to help build forms for their internal customers (other employees) to utilize on the new service catalog platform. Better forms improve the department's workflow, and improve the experience for the customer too. I shared with the departments if they have an image they wish to project inside the organization, how can we use this form as a branding opportunity? Worked with many departments, and many levels of employees, to complete the workbook, and assist through the customer acceptance testing process.I was excited to share their forms live items in production! I would first review the developed product and perform initial acceptance testing. Assist customer in enabling hands-on form testing and/or guidance if desired. Provide feedback from the customers to the developer if needed. Provided an understanding of both customer service and experience management, with a knowledge of coding and forms development.
