I am presently working in the Hospitality Management field. I have been working in Hospitality for over 15 years including successfully running my own cafe business for six years, and in Real Estate as a Head of Leasing and New Business Consultant with one of the most experienced Real Estate Agents in South Yarra and surrounding areas for nearly 5 years. Throughout my career, I have developed my skills in delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong customer rapport, leading to repeat business and lasting customer relationships. I have realized the aspects of my work I find most rewarding are all in customer service, including, helping people in need, addressing their concerns, finding solutions, and ensuring their satisfaction. My career objective is to leverage the knowledge and experience I've gained from successfully running my own coffee shop/cafe for six years, during which I had the privilege of employing over 20 job seekers. I am now seeking a new challenge and an opportunity to join an employment mentoring program. My goal is to use my entrepreneurial background to help individuals find meaningful employment, while also advancing my own career in the field of mentorship and workforce development.
