 The program manages Maxis Enterprise Business Project Delivery worth up to USD 400 Mil in value. The project focuses on business product rollout for customers.  Responsible for setting up the PMO office for the management of the project delivery life cycle for Enterprise product delivery to Maxis customers. Define the program SOP and the needed controls on the processes, procedures, reporting, etc., to manage the program. Plan the overall program and monitor the progress of each project to make sure that milestones are being met across the various projects and programs. Manage the entire Project resources given to the program/projects (including budget, Senior Project Managers, Systems et ). Establish and manage end-to-end risks and issues that might and do arise over the course of the program life cycle, as well as take measures to correct them when they occur. Coordinate the projects and their interdependencies between the various projects and programs in the program. Ensure all stakeholders are managed who are involved in the projects and programs in the program. Work closely with the project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives Manage program and project teams for optimal return-on-investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives Develop and manage the budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives Analyze, evaluate, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders

 Responsible for implementing a global Security Management Technology of a cross-functional (end-to-end). Focus on the control of physical and logical control framework demands at the operational level. Led successful implementation of new security tooling for access management, surveillance, and penetration test, while operating on an integrated technology-based control situation. Successfully developed an operational strategy in partnership with third-party contracts (Managed Service) with the company’s technology vendors to optimize service cost and achieve the appropriate balance of in-house and outsourced resources.  The tools will focus on all governance controls such as Security Surveillance Systems, Regulatory control, incident management, etc.  Responsible for key Data Analytics support providing services across all enterprise technologies at the Shell group.  Championed the customer experience in service delivery, despite working in a heterogeneous environment with multiple technologies over different platforms.  Placed in an excellent team-controlled governance and business agility in overall delivery Played a critical role in the BPO exercise that delivered nearly USD20 mil OPEX savings. Had 7 direct reports of a total of 120 staff.n addressing

Responsible for IT Service delivery for all site-specific services for Shell companies, data centers, site telecommunications, and consumer services across Asia Pacific, with an operating budget of USD 18.5mil per year. Successfully placed entire Asia Pacific services under Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) with cost savings of USD 1.6mil per year. Involved step up services from the global solutions to meet business demands. Ensured the appropriate technology and infrastructure was available for the corporation short-term and long-term business goals and objectives. Major projects include DC expansion in Cyberjaya (USD 3.5mil) and Cyberjaya Facility Handover to SRE (USD 6mil). Worked with 6 direct reports, out of a total of 152 staff.

Responsible for the Global desktop/laptop (146,000) backup service and monitoring operations. Additionally managed the 2 key regional data centers, with 1850 servers and large SAN storage. Successfully designed and delivered the functional operation’s delivery framework, organization model, resourcing strategy, and implemented the overall operational model that delivers a 24 x 7 x 365 delivery solution with operation protocol to achieve 99.99% delivery assurance, to support the 146,000 devices backed up data assurance across 92 locations globally. Achieved this critical service under IT central globalization strategy for Shell International, with cost savings of USD 150k per month for key delivery services. Responsible for all Backend Technology, includes all aspects of IT infrastructure operations and delivery including operations, database management, data center, ITSM, field support for multiple sites, end-user computing, servers and storage for telco. Created and implemented Change and Configuration Management (CCM) plans that minimized business impact and employee resistance, hence maximized efficiency and employee engagement.
