    ▪Full Life Cycle Data Migration Role - Extract/Transform/Loading of data for an Asset Backed Securitisation (ABS) project. A significant transformation of financial data from Nominal values to Discount Cash Flow values (DCF) along with corresponding changes in business procedures and processes.▪Liaised with key stakeholders in gathering data requirements, this included SMEs from the IT/Finance/Treasury Departments and 3rd Party IT Software providers.▪Data items defined in mapping database explaining data definition, data type, schema properties, mapping rules, transformations and dependencies.▪SQL extraction script written in TOAD using PL/SQL code to extract, transform and load all data items in my own schema in a test environment.▪These SQL scripts were written by the following mapping rules process - using the data dictionary/entity relationship diagrams, meeting with Legacy system SMEs and contacting the 3rd Party software provider (when required) to identify how to extract the data requirements.▪Validation - Testing the sql extraction scripts accuracy by checking the front end and sampling a few random agreements.▪Data Cleansing – checking various attributes for data quality e.g for customers checked for duplicate entries and incorrect postcodes. ▪Two way Full Volume Comparators developed to reconcile all data items from 3rd Party Software Provider and TBAC. ▪To manage the volume of mismatches, micro tested 400 agreements that were not reconciling and debugged them and re ran the comparator.▪In TOAD – Used advanced SQL queries to investigate unreconciled data attributes – followed with extensive use of Excel/Access VBA to automate effective MI/Dashboads reports of expected and actual data differences and translated into PowerPoint presentations - meetings with Business Owners organised to go through defect issues (raised in HP Quality Centre) and pursued to resolutions.▪3 phases of Dry Run Testing and Go live Cutover Implementation
