Surinder's Personal Training was started in 2000, following my return from Johannesburg, where I qualified as a Personal Trainer. I set up my business to deliver training to clients to ensure results and customer satisfaction, which is why I only allow clients to sign up with me for a month at a time. This practice continues today and ensure that both my clients and myself stay 'sharp' and never become complacent. The basis of our relationship is that I should deliver excellent coaching and my clients should deliver hard work and commitment. My long-term clients 're-enroll' with me every month ( between 7- 16 years at present), with short-term clients remaining with me for 4-18months when their goals have been achieved and a clear programme for continued maintenance set in place.At present I am working with some one to one level with private clients but available for online advisory coaching
