Technical Relationship Manager
Current- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the customer base
- Understand the technical needs and challenges of customers and provide support and guidance as needed, including 2nd and 3rd line support to the field service and helpdesk engineers
- Work closely with internal technical teams to ensure that customer needs are being met and that the company is providing the best possible technical solutions
- Act as a technical advisor to customers and help them make informed decisions about technical solutions
- Identify and develop solutions to enhance and maintain IT services
- Participate in the design and development of new technical solutions, including identifying opportunities tomove existing legacy systems to the cloud.
