Essentially responsible for managing commercial relationships and providing full range of brokerage services with introducing brokers and retail. I am in charge of the making and implementing sales and marketing strategies in Australia and South East Asia.Responsibilities:• Introduce IronFX financial products to retail and institutional client.• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients ensuring they receive the highest level of service.• Informed propsective client of the general operation of the financial market and ensure the client fully understand the risk management involved in FX trading.• Handle clients’ complaints and communicate with head office to troubleshoot. • Carried out compliance procedure in accordance with ASIC standard KYC and Anti-Money Laundering Policies.• Promote the Company’s products and provide strategic marketing through client relationship development.• Analyse trends on exchange rate based on governments' policies and market sentiment to provide a brief market overview to clients.• Research and analyse the correlation between macroeconomic indicators and FX.• CRM: Salesforce, Sugar.

Performing brokering services for clients in The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) and Thailand Futures Exchange (TFEX)Responsibilities:• Generate and maintain new accounts.• Managing and review client's investment portfolio.• Execute trading upon client's request.• Researching financial market.• Helping clients develop their investment strategy.• Keeping clients informed about their investments and changes in the market,• Instructing stock market traders how to achieve the best market price.• Marketing my service to new clients.
