Assist the Director of Enrollment Marketing, Advertising & Communications with marketing and communication initiatives for the university, specifically as they pertain to enrollment. Responsible for heavy content writing for drip marketing email campaigns and web content, and creating postcards, flyers, and other marketing materials as needed for smaller college departments within the university. Assist in identifying target prospects for marketing initiatives promoting specific programs the university offers, both in their undergraduate and graduate divisions.

Work as part of a three-member team to handle the operations needs of the Undergraduate Admissions team including completing applications, determining merit levels and scholarship amounts for applying freshman and transfer students. Support the Admissions Counselors as needed, and lead a team of work study students for the department.

Duties included inside selling, mainly to economy and mid-scale hotels and K-12 customers purchasing the newspaper within the Buffalo, Albany, Syracuse, Rochester, Cleveland, and Ontario regions.
