Understand the goals of the organization and the skill level and educational needs of associates. Skilled communicator and understand instructional design principles and practices. Actively involved in the configuration, security settings, workflows from the operational side of the business and implementation of Nextgen eRX/ PM/EMR system. Working closely with Information Technology department (Support and Development). Responsible for Nextgen and Quest interface (workflows for all department), training material, live training and live support in each medical center.

Miami/Fort Lauderdale Area

Working closely with Information Technology department (Support and Development). Responsible for eCW and LabCorp interface, training material, live training and live support in each medical center. Create, Prepare and Maintain training material and presentations. Document performance reports and worksheets of all associates. Interact with management teams in scheduling training activities. Design and develop classroom materials and presentations. Ensure compliance of corporate policies and procedures in training sessions. Conduct training sessions to corporate personnel to maximize performance then training sessions to medical center’s associates. Create monitoring and evaluation strategies and logistics. Create pro-active and responsive solutions to business needs and seizing opportunities for continuous improvement in individual, team, business unit and organizational performance. Communicate the topic effectively by understanding the audience and targeting the session to their skill and education level.

Miami/Fort Lauderdale Area

Duties included answering, documenting, and providing first level support on all support requests; responsible for call escalation and dispatching of field technicians to the medical centers; running daily metric reports to track outstanding tickets and monitor problem resolution; conducting software training for end-users upon deployment of new applications; responsible for purchase order tracking and vendor relations, as well as other IT procurement duties; assisting in the administration of proprietary databases.

Miami/Fort Lauderdale Area

Required a strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products and supplies. Responsibilities included updating current formulary and resource data in the PCSI pharmacy system, monitoring expiration dates of pharmaceutical products and all other inventory items, maintaining all pharmacy contracts, assisting customers with inquiries regarding their prescriptions, stocking pharmaceutical supplies and maintaining drug inventory, overseeing employee schedules and payroll. Other responsibilities were to screen and interview all applicants with the Pharmacy Director and assisting in all hiring process.
