BMI is a market leader in managing the licensing and royalties of Artists and creators in the music industry. BMI is migrating their home-grown licensing application to the Salesforce cloud. BMI manages multiple licenses that they sell to various industries (Radio, Tv, Hotels, Eatery and drinking establishments, Fitness clubs, Coffee shops, Colleges, internet, etc.) that play music. Each license has their business operations and processes associated with it. I am a Salesforce technical architect for the BMI implementation, heading the development, admin, product management and project management team of about 15 people. I helped BMI in building the team and the project governance. To provide high efficiency in operations, heavy automation of all aspect of the businesses is involved. Implementation is heavily customized using Apex and Visualforce pages. All the nitty-gritty details of the Force.com platform is leveraged in the project. Various frameworks are also leveraged in the project to make sure the application scales well irrespective of the nature of the account. E.g., single account or a chain account with thousands of child account.

As a Chief Architect, I was responsible for the successful execution of all the projects carried out by MST Solutions. I managed both Project management team and Development team directly and align them for every project. During the initial period I successfully carried out Salesforce practice model setup for MST and mentored, trained and built a strong team of various advanced certified professionals; meeting the technical criteria of Salesforce Gold partner. Student service platform:Apollo Contact Center includes Sales, Service and Support organizations that cater the students of Apollo group institutions that includes University of Phoenix. Contact center includes about 7500 Agents working from various Apollo centers. As part of the Student service platform initiative, I drove the solutions architecture that covers Salesforce CRM and Genesys Unified communications (UCP), and integration between them and Apollo internal systems. As a Principal solutions Architect I balanced the capabilities of Customer relationship management of Salesforce and Customer interaction management of Genesys for lead management. With this solution, business manages the Opportunity and Case data in the Salesforce and business can establish the rules for work prioritization, classification, escalations and assignment in UCP.
