• Coordinating of 20 stitching units around Coimbatore, Salem and Chennai.• Planning the stitching line Articles as per the monthly production plan.• Ensure inventory control needs are consistently met by improving and developing inventory management process and procedures.• End to end management of all activities and process in SFG store and FIU store.• Responsible person for annual and quarterly stock verification in stores and production area.• Close monitoring of market fluctuations and forecast to ensure raw material, SFG(semi finished goods), FIU (finished uppers) availability.• Planning and scheduling of production activities in the Vendor units.• Efficient utilization of manpower and other resources.• Management of inward and outward deliveries from subcontracting vendors to meet market requirements and working to reduce WIP(working in progress) in transit lots.• Ensure proper attainment of quality parameters for raw materials and products.• Coordinating all SAP level activities in purchase.• Conducting daily and weekly team meeting regarding achievements and corrective actions.• Conducting Daily flow meeting with the team leads and plant head.• Supporting Lean, 5S, Kaizen activities.

 Assist Cost Control in the monthly stock-taking. Notify manager/supervisor of low stock levels in a timely manner. Make periodical checks between records and actual stock and investigate any discrepancies and report to the Cost Controller immediately. Check the price variance, if there is any difference, discuss with the Cost Control and Purchasing Manager. Re – ordering of all storeroom items in time.Supplying the materials at proper place and proper time.
