With over 25 years of experience in information technology, I am the Head of Engineering at SEI, a leading provider of investment solutions and services for the financial industry. I have a strong expertise in identity management, identity governance, cyber security, web application security , cloud services and infrastructure engineering, as well as a deep understanding of the regulatory and compliance standards for the financial sector, such as FFIEC, OCC, SOC 2, and ISO.My mission is to align SEI's technology strategy and roadmap with the company's vision, industry best practices, and client expectations. I lead a team of over 100 engineers who deliver innovative and secure solutions for identity and access management, middleware, container platform, database, and DevOps projects across on-premise and cloud environments. I have successfully executed multiple high-visibility, high-impact enterprise-wide projects by collaborating with technical groups and other key stakeholders, and communicating effectively at all levels of the organization. I have also fostered a culture of automation, innovation, and continuous improvement among my team members, and played a key role in the transformation of legacy applications to cloud-native applications. By adopting open-source solutions that meet business demands, I have achieved significant cost savings and enhanced operational efficiency.
