• Carry out initial Gap/Flush Tolerance calculations and analyze meeting of the demands and Generate interface system documents for ensuring the fitment of the part with the surrounding parts.
• Release Parts/Sub-Assemblies Pre-Tolerance drawing with Datum Target System information and GD&T requirements. Organize Geometrical Convergence meetings with suppliers to check the feasibility of all the defined.
• Work on Assembly Requirement Drawings (ARD) for BIW complete and release it to the respective stakeholders and ensure all the Target Tolerances are met

• To develop a Dimensional Variation Analysis (DVA) model using VisVSA /3DCS software by incorporating all the real time processes and Part Tolerances and analyze the DVA results.
• Provide GD&T recommendation as per the ASME Y14.5 Standards for out of specification interfaces
• Successfully completed Stability analysis Studies/Tolerance Stack up studies/GD&T recommendations/Drawing checks for TATA SIGNA, PRIMA and WINGER vehicles
• Periodic visit to the vehicle production plants to understand the customer requirements
