• Researching and analysing customer design proposals, specifications, manuals, or other data to design Different types of Enclosures, Server Racks, wall mount enclosure, Cold Aisle Containment and Hot Aisle Containment and other data centre Accessories.• Perform site walk-through visits for Site Measurement to review adherence to standards, Procedures for Installation of Cold Aisle containment & Hot Aisle Containment to make sure any leakage to prevent mixing of Hot and Cold Air.• Responsible to collaborate with teams including design, supply chain, and quality control, to optimize project outcomes.• Prepare, check and approve that Prepare and review technical documentation, such as drawings, specifications, and engineering reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant codes and standards that they reflect design intent correctly, and that they adequately define parts for manufacture and inspection.• Use SOLIDWORKS (sheet metal, assemblies & drafting applications) as the primary design software.• Create 2D layout packages based on the 3D models that can be used to communicate and get customer approval as well as installation.• Act as point of contact for technical clarifications for customers, contractors, Technicians and Factory.• In addition to that responsible for site coordination and Project Management with Customers for Installation for CAC or HAC.• Other than Rack design, also Responsible to Design Computer Furniture’s like Mobile Charging cart, Customized Workstation, Console Workstation, Metal Shelving, E-locker and Work Bench etc.,• Projects worked for: Equinix, NTT, Keppel and other Datacentre’s in Singapore, Malaysia and South-east Asian Countries.

• Design and Development of Pipe Bevelling Machines, Thin-Walled Pipe cutting Machines, Split Frame Pipe Cutting Machines, Facing Machines, Orbital Welding Machine parts, Tube Tooling design and fabrication.• Prepare, check and approve that drawings are correct to required standards, that they reflect design intent correctly, and that they adequately define parts for manufacture and inspection.• Maintain and Follow Standard Quality and• Create 2D layout packages based on the 3D models that can be used to communicate and get customer approval as well as installation.• Creates CAD models, including part and assembly drawings, Bill of Materials (BOMs) to support manufacturing, testing, Troubleshooting and assembly.• Run Stress and thermal analysis in the Machine parts to find the stress point developed the Machine.• Follow the procedures of the Quality Management System for effective implementation and control.• Responsible to Perform Calculate factors like tolerance, dimensions to maintain High Quality Precision.• Projects worked for: Arc Machinery Inc, MIT USA.

● Design and Development of Manual & Automated Hydraulic Rubber cutting Machines, Hydraulic Press Machines and All types of Hydraulic Cylinders.● Responsible to Design and Analyse the Machine Frame work based on the Sensor placement and type hydraulic cylinder used.● Analyse the Impact of GD&T on manufacturing processes to select Appropriate Engineering Interventions.• Develop mechanical design drawings by applying sound engineering principles, with innovation, to meet design objectives.● Create technical Drawings and also provide Technical Discussion & Technical solutions to customers.● Responsible for the Implementation and tracking of corrective actions on Quality issues, performing problem analysis and offering solutions & validating the design and application of the product.● Handling project evaluation, budgets, documentation, technical specification and coordination.● Perform CAE simulation of structural deflections, stresses, vibrations/shock/drop & thermal engineering.● Projects Worked For: MRF Tyres, ZEPPLIN Tyres.
