Executing and proper installation (Both Electrical and Mechanical) of PLATFORM SCREEN DOOR in underground station of CMRL (Chennai Metro Rail) including all safety regulation advised by client.Door opening & closing timing 3.2 to 3.5 sec for all the PSD operating duration. Doors are continuously testing 1000 cycle test after power up the system.All underground stations are equipped with platform screen doors and the opening is linked to door operation on the rolling stocks.Verification & Validation the Commissioning Documents, Interface & PSD Structural diagram as per site requirementMeasuring the platform screen door width 2400mm & height 2150mm as per the designing procedure.Platform screen door threshold offset from track centerline exactly 1510mm as per station structure.Proving all dimension’s and Checklist requirements for Testing with Client(CMRL). Successfully completed 44 stations testing and commissioning.PSD have 2 Cabinets are Power Cabinet & Data Cabinet to control the door operation through MMS – Master Monitoring SystemEnsuring the adherence process quality plan, internal Quality audit and executing the activities to ensure the system are in place.Installation testing, interface testing & Power testing in all the equipment.Testing of cables in insulation testing & continuity testing with proper documents.Executing the Synch loop for Train Normal Stopping point in Platform.Ensuring the PTI (Positive Train Indicator) loop communication with Platform screen door system to interface with signaling system.Executing all Electrical installation and Testing & Commissioning of Platform Screen Door.In Chennai metro project we designed 6 car trains. Total 24 sets of MSD doors & 24 EED doors.All the doors are controlled by DCU-Door control unit &LCKS-Lock control key switch.Making and executing weekly work plan same for all station.
