I started my professional career in 2004 after graduating as a Chemical Engineer from India. Started my career as Sales professional for Water and Process chemicals/ equipment solutions. Awarded for my achievements by organization as well as by customers. I am passionate about providing solutions to customers and understand the psychology behind selling. This role helped in understanding the GAP between available solution and needs of the industry. After understanding customer needs as Sales professional, I got involved in technology development to fill the GAP as a Technical Consultant. As a technical consultant I provided technical support to sales team/ customers and developed new products and technologies. Published several technical papers in leading journals on key challenges that industry faces and solutions for them. Any new or existing product/ technology needs to be communicated within team and to customers in a right way and hence I got into Marketing. As a marketing consultant I took care of both technical and digital marketing of our solutions and served as business enabler in the organization.For over 18 years I have been involved in B2B Selling, Technology development and Marketing of Water Treatment & Process Treatment products across various industry sectors.
