CurrentInstalled Base Activities: 1. Oversees and preserves the installed base record for Philips on both SMAX and SAP. 2: Mainly focusing on the Enrichment (Registration) Process and product modifications based on several modalities, including ultrasound, radiology, IGT, PCMS, and MRI systems. 3: Make sure the daily management board is updated both daily and weekly and that the KPI is reached. 4: Apply problem-solving techniques to unsuccessful KPIs and put corrective measures in place. 5: Verifies that the Standard Warranty is activated for every IP (Installed Product) that has a product warranty and edit the period based the Handing over documents. 6. We will update EW for the subsequent step of the process based on the Install product, if it has an Extended Warranty. 7: Upon confirmation that the material is returned to Philips Warehouse, we will proceed with the Trade-in Request for the IP
