CurrentOwner for end to end, process implementation of the recruitment process and commitment to align with Business goals.Responsible for Managing a team of recruiters and their deliverables.Responsible for recommendation, effective usage and adoption of the tools/technology including Social media platforms as part of the Hiring process.Responsible for getting things done from the Recruitment team and their committed deliverables/timelines(Target Dates, TAT, Being in touch with candidates until onboarding).Provide support/inputs/guidance to the team as required to meet the committed timelines,Analyze the recruitment related data/process to make recommendations on any improvements that needs to be made to the processesResponsible for managing Open positions and candidate databases/pipelineResponsible for evaluating/encouraging/Influencing/negotiating with potential candidates who fits the organization
